Our mission is — one patient at a time. When this location opens, clinicians will use Dr. Blake's protocols to complete a detailed history, emotional evaluation, and physical examination, with careful decision-making regarding the etiology of your head and neck pain. These factors lead to a more thorough diagnosis and recommended treatment plan.
